Creating Pioneers of a New World Through Politics to Benefit All
Pioneers of a New World – The Leaders We Must Become
"We don't want to be integrated into a burning house. We want to build a new house."
— James Baldwin

This post is less a history lesson and more an invitation to the imagination. Article XI (Lifelong Learning and Unlearning) charges us to develop a leadership pipeline that produces skilled, principled, and courageous political actors.
Article V (Shared Governance, Matriarchal Tilt) insists that leadership must reflect the full diversity of the community and center relational, consensus-building power. So let's ask ourselves aloud: What kind of leader does our movement need in 2030 In 2050
Not merely charismatic campaigners, but systems-thinkers who understand food policy, housing finance, and ecological regeneration. Leaders who can govern, not just critique. This thread is a place to dream publicly, to name the skills we need to build, and to hold one another accountable to the pioneer spirit that animates the Paradise Folk School.
