Fair-Market Shared Services
Per Article VIII, all four entities maintain arm's-length transactions. Shared costs (office space, staff time, technology, accounting) are allocated at fair-market rates with documented agreements. This prevents cross-subsidization that could jeopardize tax status and ensures transparent resource use.
Shared Resources
Office infrastructure, communication platforms, event spaces
Allocation Method
Time-tracking, square footage, usage-based metrics
Documentation
